Accounting Module

Track financial transactions, invoices, and payment statuses across all deals.

The Accounting Module provides a central view of all financial transactions linked to leads and deals.

Table view

The accounting table displays:

Click any reference ID to navigate directly to the associated record:

  • Call Center Ref ID opens the lead in the Call Center module
  • Deal Ref ID opens the deal in the Deal Pipeline
  • Management Ref ID opens the record in the Management Pipeline

Adding an accounting entry

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Add Entry.

  2. Fill in the transaction details:

    • Title
    • Amount
    • Customer name and phone
    • Link to a lead, deal, or management record (optional)
    • Status (Pending / Completed)
  3. Click Save.

Filtering

Filter the table by:

  • Status (Pending / Completed)
  • Date range
  • Agent
  • Amount range

Accounting entries linked to a deal are automatically updated when the deal status changes.
