Role-Based Access

Understand the permissions and capabilities for Admin, Manager, and Agent roles.

Vzite CRM uses three distinct roles to control access across the system. Each role has specific permissions tailored to the user's responsibilities.

Admin

Admins have unrestricted access to all features. They are responsible for:

  • Configuring company settings and integrations
  • Managing user accounts and roles
  • Accessing all leads, deals, and accounting records
  • Creating and approving workflows
  • Generating KPI reports across the entire agency

Manager

Managers oversee team performance and have elevated privileges:

  • View all agents' leads and deals
  • Approve workflows and deal stage transitions
  • Create Facebook lead forms and manage campaigns
  • Access the KPI dashboard for their team
  • Manage accounting entries

Managers cannot add or delete user accounts or modify company settings.

Agent

Agents are the primary users handling day-to-day lead management:

  • Manage their own leads and deals
  • Upload and edit property listings
  • View the Off Plan Map
  • Generate PDF presentations
  • Update lead statuses and move deals through the pipeline

Agents can only see their own leads, deals, and performance data.

Contact your Admin to request a role change or account modification.
