Transaction Tracking
Monitor payment statuses and track transaction history.
Transaction tracking provides visibility into payment statuses across all deals and accounting entries.
Payment statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payment expected but not yet received |
| Completed | Payment received and reconciled |
| Overdue | Payment past the due date |
| Cancelled | Transaction cancelled |
Transaction history
Each transaction record includes:
- Transaction date and time
- Payment method
- Amount
- Status changes with timestamps
- Notes and comments
- Linked documents or receipts
Reporting
Generate accounting reports:

Go to Accounting > Reports.

Select the report type:
- Transaction Summary — All transactions in a date range
- Agent Commission — Commission breakdown by agent
- Deal Profitability — Profit analysis by deal

Select the date range and filters.

Click Generate Report.

Export as CSV or PDF.
Reports include only transactions linked to completed deals by default.
