Track the complete journey of a lead from first contact to deal closure.
A lead progresses through multiple stages across different modules. Each stage transition represents a meaningful step in the sales process.

Stage explanations
Call Center stages
- New — Lead has entered the system and awaits initial contact. Agent should call or message within the configured SLA.
- Interested — Lead has been contacted and expressed interest in a property or service.
- Not Interested — Lead declined to proceed. Can be re-activated if they re-engage.
- Incorrect — Phone number or contact details are invalid.
Management Pipeline stages
- Pending — Lead is waiting for manager review or assignment.
- Interested — Manager confirms the lead is qualified and active.
- Processing — Documentation and property viewing in progress.
- In Realization — Negotiations and offer stage.
- Invoicing — Deal terms agreed; invoice generation.
Deal Pipeline stages
- Pending — Deal record created, awaiting action.
- For Processing — Active deal with documentation in progress.
- In Realization — Final stages before closure.
- Won — Deal closed successfully.
- Lost — Deal did not close.
Accounting stages
- Pending — Payment not yet received.
- Completed — Payment confirmed and reconciled.
Card details
Each lead card in the Kanban view displays:
- Client name
- Phone number
- Deal amount
- Last activity timestamp
- Assigned agent name
Leads can only move forward in the pipeline. To move a lead backward, a manager override is required.
