Lead Capture Overview

Understand how leads enter Vzite CRM from multiple channels.

Leads enter Vzite CRM through three main channels: Facebook Ads, Property Finder, and manual entry. Each channel feeds into the Call Center module where agents qualify and route leads.

Lead sources

  • Facebook Instant Forms — Leads submitted through Facebook lead ads appear directly in the Call Center. Each form submission includes the fields configured in the form.
  • Property Finder — Inquiries from Property Finder listings are captured and assigned to the relevant agent based on the listing.
  • Manual entry — Agents and managers can add leads manually for walk-ins, phone calls, or referrals.

How leads flow through the system

Facebook Ad / Property Finder / Manual Entry | Call Center (New / Interested / Not Interested / Incorrect) | Management Pipeline (Pending / Interested / Processing / In Realization / Invoicing) | Deal Pipeline (Pending / For Processing / In Realization / Won / Lost) | Accounting (Pending / Completed)

Lead data fields

Each lead record contains:

  • Client name and contact information (phone, email)
  • Source (Facebook, Property Finder, Manual)
  • Assigned agent
  • Status
  • Amount / budget
  • Last activity timestamp
  • Notes and activity log

Leads can be transferred between agents by Managers or Admins from the lead detail view.
