Lead Capture Overview
Understand how leads enter Vzite CRM from multiple channels.
Leads enter Vzite CRM through three main channels: Facebook Ads, Property Finder, and manual entry. Each channel feeds into the Call Center module where agents qualify and route leads.
Lead sources
- Facebook Instant Forms — Leads submitted through Facebook lead ads appear directly in the Call Center. Each form submission includes the fields configured in the form.
- Property Finder — Inquiries from Property Finder listings are captured and assigned to the relevant agent based on the listing.
- Manual entry — Agents and managers can add leads manually for walk-ins, phone calls, or referrals.
How leads flow through the system

Lead data fields
Each lead record contains:
- Client name and contact information (phone, email)
- Source (Facebook, Property Finder, Manual)
- Assigned agent
- Status
- Amount / budget
- Last activity timestamp
- Notes and activity log
Leads can be transferred between agents by Managers or Admins from the lead detail view.
