Listing Management
Create, edit, and manage property listings across all channels.
The listing management module is the central hub for all property data in Vzite CRM.
Creating a listing

Navigate to Properties > Add Listing.

Fill in property details:
- Title and description
- Property type (Apartment, Villa, Office, etc.)
- Location (Emirate, District, Landmark)
- Price and currency
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking
- Total area and plot area
- Amenities and features
- Images and floor plans

Set the listing status:
- Draft — Not yet published
- Active — Visible on all channels
- Sold — Marked as sold
- Rented — Marked as rented
- Off Market — Removed from sale

Click Save.
Bulk operations
- Use the Import feature to add multiple listings at once via CSV.
- Export listings to CSV for offline use.
- Select multiple listings to apply bulk status changes.
Active listings are automatically included in syndication feeds to Property Finder and Bayut.
