Deal Kanban Board

Track deals through a visual Kanban board with AED value aggregation.

The Deal Kanban Board provides a visual overview of all deals grouped by stage, with total AED values displayed for each column.

Kanban columns

AED value aggregation

Each column header shows the total value of all deals in that stage. For example:

  • Pending: 84,850 AED (29 deals)
  • For Processing: 142,000 AED (18 deals)
  • In Realization: 310,500 AED (12 deals)

View options

  • Filter by "deals in progress" — Show only active deals
  • Group by Status — Default view grouped by pipeline stage
  • Group by Agents — Group deals by assigned agent

Deal cards

Each deal card displays:

  • Property name
  • Client name
  • Deal amount (AED)
  • Stage
  • Assigned agent
  • Last activity

Drag and drop

Drag deal cards between columns to update their stage. The system logs each transition in the deal's activity history.

Bottom action bar

Each deal has a bottom action bar with quick actions:

  • Delete — Remove the deal
  • Contact in 15 days — Snooze for follow-up
  • Contact in 30 days — Longer-term follow-up
  • Incorrect — Mark as invalid

Moving a deal to Won or Lost requires confirmation and cannot be undone without manager approval.
