Dashboard overview
The KPI Dashboard displays:
- Total leads — New leads in the selected period
- Conversion rate — Percentage of leads converted to deals
- Total deals value — Sum of all deal values in AED
- Average deal value — Average deal size
- Agent performance — Individual agent metrics
- Pipeline value — Total value of deals by stage
Available metrics

| Revenue Forecast | Projected revenue based on pipeline |
Filtering
- Date Range — Today, this week, this month, custom
- Agent — View metrics for specific agents
- Team — Filter by team or department
- Source — Filter by lead source

Download dashboard data as CSV or PDF for reporting.
KPI data refreshes every 15 minutes. Agent-level metrics show only the current user's data for Agent role.
