Dashboard overview

The KPI Dashboard displays:

  • Total leads — New leads in the selected period
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of leads converted to deals
  • Total deals value — Sum of all deal values in AED
  • Average deal value — Average deal size
  • Agent performance — Individual agent metrics
  • Pipeline value — Total value of deals by stage

Filtering

  • Agent — View metrics for specific agents
  • Team — Filter by team or department
  • Source — Filter by lead source

Download dashboard data as CSV or PDF for reporting.

KPI data refreshes every 15 minutes. Agent-level metrics show only the current user's data for Agent role.
