Off Plan Map

The Off Plan Map is the core feature for browsing off-plan property developments across the UAE. It displays developments clustered by emirate on an interactive map of the UAE.

Map overview

The interactive map shows clusters of off-plan units grouped by emirate. Each cluster displays a count of available units. For example, Dubai shows 2,142+ units while Ras Al Khaimah shows 1 unit.

Clicking a cluster zooms the map into that emirate, revealing individual property cards.

View modes

Three viewing modes are available:

Switch between modes using the toggle buttons at the top of the page.

Filters

Refine the displayed properties using these filters:

• Home Type — Apartment, Villa, Townhouse, Penthouse, etc.
• Price Range — Minimum and maximum price
• Size — Minimum and maximum area in sq. ft.
• Beds & Baths — Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Select Emirate — Filter by emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.)
• Select District — Filter by district within an emirate
• Select Developer — Filter by developer name
• Order By — Sort results by location, price, size, or date added

Property cards

Each property card displays:

• Development name
• Location (e.g., "Abu Dhabi, Al Hudayriat Island")
• Property type and size
• Price
• Thumbnail image
• Bedrooms and bathrooms count

Pagination

Results are paginated. With 2,142+ units in Dubai across 268 pages, use the pagination controls at the bottom to browse through all results.

Adding properties to presentations

Select units by checking the box on each property card, then click Add to Presentation to generate a PDF. See Generating PDF Presentations for details.
