Management Pipeline

Manager-level oversight pipeline for qualified leads before they become deals.

The Management Pipeline provides managers with visibility into leads that have been qualified by the Call Center and are progressing toward deal creation.

Pipeline stages

Manager actions

  • Review new leads added to the pipeline
  • Approve or reject lead progression
  • Assign leads to specific agents
  • Create a deal record from a qualified lead
  • Add notes and internal comments

Converting to deal

When a lead reaches the Invoicing stage, the manager can convert it into a deal:

  1. Click Create Deal on the lead card.
  2. The deal opens in the Deal Pipeline with the lead data pre-populated.
  3. Complete any additional deal fields.
  4. The deal appears in the Pending column of the Deal Kanban Board.

Leads in the Management Pipeline can be viewed alongside deal pipeline data in the KPI Dashboard.
