Workflow Automation
Automate repetitive tasks and lead actions with configurable workflows.
Workflow Automation allows you to define rules that trigger automatic actions when specific conditions are met.
Creating a workflow

Go to Settings > Workflows > Create Workflow.

Define the trigger:
- Event — Lead created, deal stage changed, form submitted
- Conditions — Additional filters (e.g., source is Facebook, amount > 100,000 AED)

Define the action:
- Assign lead to agent — Assign based on rules or rotation
- Send notification — Email, SMS, or in-app notification
- Update status — Automatically change lead or deal status
- Create task — Generate a follow-up task
- Send webhook — POST data to an external URL

Save and enable the workflow.
Available triggers
- Lead created
- Lead status changed
- Deal stage changed
- Form submitted
- Payment received
- Task overdue
- Agent reaches capacity
Available actions
- Assign to agent
- Send email notification
- Send SMS
- Update status
- Create task
- Send webhook
- Add to pipeline
Workflows run immediately when triggered. Multiple workflows can run on the same event.
