Workflow Automation

Automate repetitive tasks and lead actions with configurable workflows.

Workflow Automation allows you to define rules that trigger automatic actions when specific conditions are met.

Creating a workflow

  1. Go to Settings > Workflows > Create Workflow.

  2. Define the trigger:

    • Event — Lead created, deal stage changed, form submitted
    • Conditions — Additional filters (e.g., source is Facebook, amount > 100,000 AED)
  3. Define the action:

    • Assign lead to agent — Assign based on rules or rotation
    • Send notification — Email, SMS, or in-app notification
    • Update status — Automatically change lead or deal status
    • Create task — Generate a follow-up task
    • Send webhook — POST data to an external URL
  4. Save and enable the workflow.

Available triggers

  • Lead created
  • Lead status changed
  • Deal stage changed
  • Form submitted
  • Payment received
  • Task overdue
  • Agent reaches capacity

Available actions

  • Assign to agent
  • Send email notification
  • Send SMS
  • Update status
  • Create task
  • Send webhook
  • Add to pipeline

Workflows run immediately when triggered. Multiple workflows can run on the same event.
