The Company Settings page allows Admins to configure agency-wide preferences.
General settings
- Company Name — Your agency's legal name
- Trade License Number — UAE trade license number
- Email — Primary company email
- Phone — Company phone number
- Website — Company website URL
- Logo — Upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, WebP)
- Address — Office address
Commission structure
- Standard Commission Rate — Default percentage
- Split Commission Rules — Multi-agent deal splits
- Referral Fees — External referral commission rates
Operational settings
- Default Lead SLA — Hours before a new lead is flagged
- Auto-assignment — Enable or disable round-robin lead distribution
- Working Hours — Business hours for availability calculations
- Holiday Calendar — Public holidays for SLA adjustments
