Lead Rotation & Assignment

Configure automatic lead distribution among agents.

Lead rotation ensures that incoming leads are distributed fairly among available agents. Vzite CRM supports automatic round-robin assignment and manual reassignment.

Round-robin distribution

When enabled, new leads from any source are automatically assigned to agents in sequence. Each new lead goes to the next agent in the rotation cycle.

  1. Go to Settings > Lead Distribution.
  2. Toggle Auto Assignment to enable.
  3. Select which lead sources trigger auto-assignment.
  4. Choose the rotation order (alphabetical or custom).
  5. Save changes.

Manual assignment

Managers and Admins can reassign leads at any time:

  1. Open a lead's detail view.
  2. Click the current agent's name.
  3. Select a new agent from the dropdown.
  4. Confirm the reassignment.

Assignment rules

  • Leads can only be assigned to active agents.
  • An agent's lead capacity can be configured in their profile.
  • When an agent reaches their capacity limit, the rotation skips to the next available agent.

Auto-assignment only affects new leads. Existing leads must be reassigned manually.
