Lead Rotation & Assignment
Configure automatic lead distribution among agents.
Lead rotation ensures that incoming leads are distributed fairly among available agents. Vzite CRM supports automatic round-robin assignment and manual reassignment.
Round-robin distribution
When enabled, new leads from any source are automatically assigned to agents in sequence. Each new lead goes to the next agent in the rotation cycle.
- Go to Settings > Lead Distribution.
- Toggle Auto Assignment to enable.
- Select which lead sources trigger auto-assignment.
- Choose the rotation order (alphabetical or custom).
- Save changes.
Manual assignment
Managers and Admins can reassign leads at any time:
- Open a lead's detail view.
- Click the current agent's name.
- Select a new agent from the dropdown.
- Confirm the reassignment.
Assignment rules
- Leads can only be assigned to active agents.
- An agent's lead capacity can be configured in their profile.
- When an agent reaches their capacity limit, the rotation skips to the next available agent.
Auto-assignment only affects new leads. Existing leads must be reassigned manually.
