Lead Capture from Ads

How leads from Facebook ads flow into the CRM and get processed.

When a user submits a Facebook Instant Form, the lead data flows into Vzite CRM through an automated pipeline.

Lead flow

  1. User submits a Facebook Instant Form.
  2. Facebook sends the submission to Vzite CRM via webhook.
  3. Vzite CRM creates a new lead record in the Call Center.
  4. The lead appears in the New column with the Facebook icon indicating its source.
  5. If auto-assignment is enabled, the lead is assigned to the next agent in the rotation.

What data is captured

The lead record includes all fields from the Instant Form:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property interest
  • Budget range
  • Preferred location
  • Any custom fields configured in the form
  • Timestamp of submission

Processing the lead

  1. Open the lead from the Call Center board.
  2. Review the client details.
  3. Contact the client via phone or WhatsApp.
  4. Update the lead status based on the outcome.
  5. Move the lead to the Management Pipeline when qualified.

Facebook leads are treated the same as leads from other sources. They follow the same status workflow.
